This is where I tell you a little about me, right?

My name is Gabriella Nicole and I'm the owner and operator of this site and business, Olivas Photography & Design! 

I'm a 23-year-old Photography and Design student from El Paso, Texas, hoping to turn my passion for creating art and capturing the amazing thing called life and turn it into my life profession! I hope to someday run my own studio in a place that I love, surrounded by like-minded people, to bring beautiful works of art to amazing people! 

 

I have been shooting since I was 10 years old back when I received my first camera, a little silver point ,and shoot, and realized at the age of 12 that I wanted to create art through photography for the rest of my life.

I am the oldest of four and love to use my older sibling advantage to get my siblings to be my main subjects and "volunteers" for my many projects. 

 

Besides art and my trusty camera, I am a huge fan of all the Jurassic Park movies, a die-hard coffee and tea lover, Pit Bull advocate, professional napper and have a deep love for the outdoors. As long as I have my camera I could do the whole no cell phone/social media lifestyle. Well, until I run out of K-cups and need to order more!

 

I could write all day about the weird things I love that make me who I am but I'll stop with the fact that I am so excited to take this next step of becoming the artist that I want to be. The person I want to be. The woman I want to be.
